Sir my father is having ulcerative colitis (crohn's disease) and they are on medicines from last 3 months. I the main medicine for their treatment is mesalazine and now they are at the place where they can't find mesalazine but they had find melamine. I want to know that how mesalazine and melamine differs and which is best among these and can they start melamine tablets for one week or when we find mesalazine.
